Question 1

How do I order?

Accepted Answer

Easy! Pick your pack on our shop page, add it to your cart, and check out. We accept GCash Transfer — card payments coming soon.

Question 2

When will I receive my order?

Accepted Answer

We prepare a fresh batch every week and dispatch every Sunday — pre-order Monday to Friday to reserve your stock. If the current batch is sold out, you can place a pre-order and we'll email you as soon as stock is available so you can complete your payment.

Question 3

Is the longganisa frozen?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We deliver it frozen to lock in freshness. It keeps beautifully in your freezer for up to 3 months — so feel free to stock up.

Question 4

What areas do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

You book your own courier (Lalamove, GrabExpress, or any service you prefer) for pickup from our hubs in San Pablo (Laguna), Dasmariñas (Cavite), Antipolo (Rizal), or Muntinlupa (Metro Manila). We'll provide the exact address and contact details at checkout.

Question 5

How do I cook it?

Accepted Answer

It's simple! Simmer in a cup of water, prick with a fork when the water's gone, then let it fry in its own oil until golden. Serve with garlic rice and a fried egg — that's the classic Ilocos way.
